I found Thornton Trust Appliance Repair through a Google search when my dryer started taking two cycles to dry a normal load, then quit heating right. Needed Dryer repair fast and these guys actually showed up on time, which already put them ahead.
The technician was professional, easy to talk to, and got right to it. He checked the vent, tested the heating parts, and explained in plain English what was going on with my Whirlpool dryer. Bad thermal fuse and a worn element, pretty much. No weird sales pitch, no trying to turn a simple Dryer repair into some huge expensive thing.
What I liked most was how normal the whole visit felt. Clean work, respectful in the house, and he answered what I asked without dragging it out. The repair was done the same visit, and before leaving he made sure the dryer was heating and cycling the way it should. I ran a couple loads after, towels and jeans, and everything dried like it used to.

It’s hard to find a company that keeps it simple and still does solid work, but this one does. I’d call them again for Dryer repair without overthinking it.
